Noise Policy
Quiet Hours
- Weekdays: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekends: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Holidays: 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM
Acceptable Noise Levels
- Music and television at reasonable volumes
- Normal conversation and household activities
- Children playing (within reasonable limits)
Prohibited Activities
- Loud music or parties during quiet hours
- Power tool use during quiet hours (except emergencies)
- Excessive noise from any source that disturbs neighbours
Common Area Usage
- Community facilities are available to all residents. Please reserve spaces in advance for private events
Pet Policy
Pet Requirements
- All pets must be leashed in common areas
- Owners must immediately clean up after pets
- Pets are not allowed on tennis courts, on the basketball court, in the all-weather pitch, on the cricket pitch, or in playgrounds
- Aggressive behavior toward people or other pets will not be tolerated
Parking Regulations
Assigned Parking
- Each unit is assigned specific parking spaces - do not park in others' spots
- Unauthorized vehicles may be clamped or towed at owner's expense
Guest Parking
- Residents are responsible for informing guests of parking rules
- Extended stays may require management approval
Vehicle Restrictions
- No recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in parking areas
- Inoperable vehicles must be removed within 72 hours
