  • Event or vote data: Until the event/vote concludes plus 1 year for record-keeping.

When data is no longer needed, we will securely delete, anonymize, or pseudonymize it in line with our data retention procedures.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction (e.g., encryption, access controls, and regular security audits). However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
